Processing and Delivery Time
After you place your order, we take 1-2 business days to carefully prepare and pack your items. Once your order is ready, it's shipped out and typically arrives at your doorstep within 4-6 business days. Please note that these timelines can vary based on your location and the time of year.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. You can use this information to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Return & Exchange Policy for Gozi Fashion
We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached. Please note, all returns should be suitably packaged for shipping.
How to Return Your Items
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Notify us by sending an email to support@gozifashion.com. Include your order number, items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Pack the items carefully and include a copy of the purchase confirmation email or your order number.
4. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
